Set up your restaurant account

Create a separate organization for your restaurant location. If you already belong to a restaurant, select it above. Creating an organization does not charge your card or copy demo records. Your account will then show any complimentary invitation or available subscription options.

Complimentary restaurant access

Your restaurant data

The verified restaurant owner can download all stored operating records, including historical versions. This remains available after paid access ends unless an account restriction requires support review. Keep your download secure; it includes confidential restaurant information.

Your web subscription

An eligible failed renewal has a seven-day payment grace period after the paid month ends. Retries do not restart that period. Unpaid first signups do not receive access. Restaurant operating data is retained for 90 days after subscription access ends; the verified owner can request an export or deletion through support. Billing & help.

Platform-owner control. No sample invoices, sales, ingredients or prices will be imported. Organization and owner identity are verified by sign-in.

Platform account controls

Suspension blocks the restaurant's reads and saves without deleting its records. POS and QuickBooks connections remain unavailable.

Data requests & retention review

Review support requests and retention deadlines here. Deletion requires a canceled subscription with ended coverage, verified ownership, notice/export review and no legal hold. Completed deletions cannot be reactivated. No automatic purge runs.
